3. What are your business hours?            

Our regularly scheduled business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, CST.

5. How do I get a quote?

6. Do you provide a certificate of destruction?

Yes. We provide our customers with a certificate of destruction which will display all equipment that has been received and destroyed properly and completely in accordance with equipment disposal directives. 

7. How do I schedule a pick-up?

8. How do I know that my sensitive data will be secure?

Our Chicago (Refining) facility maintains implements high security measures to ensure that all electronics are securely recycled. With 24/7 CCTV surveillance, 24/7 security guards, gated vehicle access, card control entry and monitored employees who have undergone criminal background checks, we can assure your sensitive electronic data will be non-retrievable. 9. Do you offer nationwide service?

Yes. We have many sites in North America that provide logistical services. Whether you're in Chicago, Peoria, Indianapolis (IN) or even Minneapolis (MN), our logistics coordinators will work closely with you to schedule a convenient pick-up. 10.  Is there some type of auditing system in place to ensure the proper management of my assets?

Yes, and we welcome your due diligence. Our Chicago (Refining) facility is ISO 9001 & 14001 registered and average 2-3 client audits per week. Also, our full time Environment, Health and Safety Managers make sure internal health and safety audits are conducted monthly.
